Walking with Both Faces of Lilith

Welcome to this sacred space, where the energies of Black Moon Lilith, in both her Mean and True forms, guide us through the shadowed terrain of transformation, descent, and deep feminine remembrance.

In this phase, we are invited to witness Lilith’s dance on two distinct but interwoven levels.

The Mean Black Moon Lilith moves steadily through the zodiac, revealing the collective archetypal themes rising to the surface. She is the whisper moving through the crowd, the echo of societal truths we have outgrown, and the shared shadow we carry in relationship to one another. She shows us where the feminine is being reclaimed across the collective field, if we are brave enough to look honestly.

At the same time, the True Black Moon Lilith weaves her wild and unpredictable path. She retrogrades, pauses, surges, and pulses, reflecting the intimate and personal emotional waves we are each riding in real time. She is raw, body-based, untamed, and deeply wise. She is the breath you did not realise you were holding, and the voice you were never taught you were allowed to release.

The core theme of these nine days at Scorpio 12° centres on the collective shadow expressed through social dynamics, diplomacy, and appearances. Life may present situations that highlight performance, politeness, or social roles. If these experiences feel triggering, they are invitations to reflect on whether these dynamics still serve you.

As you observe what arises, both emotionally and mentally, you may begin to see why you participate in certain social patterns. Some are healthy and supportive, rooted in connection and cooperation. Others may be outdated, conditioned responses that once provided safety but no longer align with your truth.

This is where discernment becomes essential. Your task is not judgement, but awareness. To sense which dynamics are aligned, and which ones you are ready to release.

Diplomacy, often praised as a virtue, can sometimes mask suppression or self-abandonment. Reflecting on what diplomacy truly means to you can help clarify where you are still maintaining appearances at the cost of authenticity.

Lilith does not tell us what to think. She simply asks that we know who we are. And the only way to know ourselves is to sit with ourselves, honestly and without distraction.

True Black Moon Lilith

While the collective moves through the steady rhythm of the Mean Black Moon Lilith, the True Black Moon Lilith travels her own untamed path. Over these nine days, she moves from 6° Scorpio, through the depths of Scorpio, and into 2° Sagittarius.

Unlike Mean Lilith, True Lilith does not move in straight lines or predictable patterns. She is instinctual, emotional, and alive. Rather than working with a fixed degree, we track her movement as an energetic wave, noticing the emotional surges and releases as she transitions from water into fire.

To navigate this, I work with a rhythm that was not created, but remembered. A cycle whispered through the Moon and carried in the body. The sacred dance of the Triple Goddess.

At 6° Scorpio, Lilith is completing the Maiden phase, marked by a willingness to feel deeply and honestly. As she moves into the Mother phase, desire matures and emotional truths surface. Through the Crone phase, wisdom guides the descent into inner knowing and transformation.

Finally, she crosses into Sagittarius, re-emerging as Maiden once more, raw, wild, and newly ignited.

We are moving through Scorpio’s deep waters, rich with soul contracts, emotional alchemy, psychic sensitivity, and karmic depth. The question is not whether this depth will be felt, but how consciously you will meet it.

Because as the transit closes, Sagittarius offers a spark of freedom, truth, and fire. Time spent in the cauldron now creates space for something new to be born.
