Lisa Hoffman is an author, priestess, and guide in feminine spirituality and shadow work who helps women remember who they are through goddess wisdom, mythology, and lived spiritual practice.

Her work is grounded in personal experience and shaped by a lifelong journey through grief, descent, healing, and remembrance. When her father died at the age of fourteen, Lisa was initiated into the descent journey far earlier than most. What followed was more than fifteen years of walking alongside Goddess through loss, shadow, and profound self discovery.

During this time, she worked deeply with the archetypal energies of Artemis, Persephone, Inanna, and Ereshkigal, embracing the sacred path of descent that ultimately led her to reclaim her own inner power. From that foundation, shadow work became a daily practice alongside meditation, supporting an ongoing path of healing, embodiment, and awakening.

Lilith did not begin as the centre of her spiritual path. She emerged after the descent had already been lived. When Lisa sat down to write about her experiences with the Goddess, Lilith arrived with a presence that was immediate and undeniable. Although she knew very little of Lilith's mythology at the time, the words flowed with such intensity that she could barely type fast enough to keep up. That first book was written and published within three months.

Through that experience, Lisa recognised her gift for channeling, although she had long experienced a deep communion with the Divine Feminine through goddess archetypes and sacred practice. Since then, her relationship with Lilith has continued to deepen, inspiring further books, teachings, and transmissions.

Drawing on her background in education, Lisa has a unique ability to make complex spiritual concepts practical, accessible, and deeply transformational. She is the author of Awakening Lilith, Priestess of Lilith, Shadow Working Journal with Black Moon Lilith, and Embodying Aphrodite, with Moon Energy forthcoming. Together, these books form part of an expanding body of work exploring the sacred feminine, with future titles including Descending with Persephone and Inanna.

One of the most authentic parts of Lisa's work is that she priestesses in her pyjamas at four o'clock each morning before the rest of the house wakes. This is where she writes, channels, meditates, and meets the Goddess. It is not a performance. It is a daily devotion woven into the rhythm of ordinary life.
